Millions of people in the United States are currently unemployed or underemployed due to COVID-19. Capitalism at its best works by rewarding those who creatively solve problems. bandwith is a new blueprint in company formation to quickly, creatively and collectively tackle one or more big problems, which positions our teams to do well in the rapidly-developing market environment.
We fully acknowledge that most startups fail to meet their goals, and that's why we feel that it's more necessary than ever to try something new.
So what does bandwith do?
bandwith curates a group of 100 people with different experiences, skill sets and networks and unites them with a 100 brainpower engine to create a company and solve problems together.
And let's face it. The majority of us working 9 - 5 are never going to benefit from any ownership interest in whatever company we work for. We don't think that's ideal or fair.
bandwith creates a model where each of the 100 members on a team receive an equal 1% equity stake in the company that they create together. Are we crazy? Maybe. And maybe a little crazy is just what we need right now.
